I cannot cancel my Time Away message / status. The "Apply" button remains greyed out.
It's frustrating that when I try to contact an agent for help, I cannot get help on the phone today. I'm told to email for a response within 24-48 hours. Meanwhile, for those 24-48 hours, my customers are told I'm away and I'm not.
