Time Away for Sellers

I’ve never used time away…. do I need to update my Handling Time for all auctions that remain live while on time away?  

Also, I read that delivery times will be updated automatically but will buyers still be able to leave negative feedback if shipping took longer than they wanted (even if it was within the delivery window)?
