There's a lot of trouble printing labels.

The label has not printed properly since a few days ago. The label printing window does not open in safari. It is printed horizontally on chrome, so the label cannot be sized. The print is clearly set to print vertically. I deleted all the cookies and used all my 3 computers. I have to cut and tape the label half the size of A4 printed horizontally on my husband's laptop.
How do I solve this? Help me.

Ebay shipping is having all kinds of problems lately.  However, if it is just the size and/or orientation of the label go reset the label format.   Look to the right on the create label page and click on Show More, there you will see the current format, click on CHANGE and reselect the proper label format you are using.

Also make sure your browser is opening PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.
