I am a buyer, and I purchased two items at the same time and had to return and get a refund on both items. Under my purchase history I am able to see the 'Leave Feedback' button to leave a feedback for one of the sellers but the other seller the 'Leave Feedback' button is not there. Instead there is a 'Buy Again' button in its place. I am not a guest and the return/refund has been completed near the same time for both sellers.
Also, Ebay emailed me to leave feedback for both these sellers but when I press the 'Leave Feedback' button in the email only that one seller shows up for me to leave feedback for. How can I leave a feedback for this other seller?

I clicked the link and the only seller that popped up was the one that I am able to leave feedback for. Maybe it's disabled on the seller's side.
I'm not going to leave feedback. I will just forget about it for that seller. Thank you for replying.

See if that transaction appears elsewhere on your Summary or Purchase History page; depending on the type of return you opened and the disposition of the case, you may still be able to leave feedback if you want to.
