I tested and fully reset the 2016 Razer laptop before shipping and made sure everything was working. He messaged me and said that when the laptop arrived he was able to use it. Now days after he has been using it he says the laptop won't turn on and made a return claiming it was defective 4 days after delivery because it overheated. He keeps saying he hasn't touched it but then he says contradictory things like it's been happening since delivery. He messaged me saying this has been happening since delivery but when I ask him why he didn't file a return immediately he didn't reply back. He was able to use it when it first arrived and used it for 4 days. I believe he broke my item and is now trying to return it. It's not a cheap laptop. I It has lost it's value since he broke it . What am I supposed to do?

If the buyer files a Returns Request and states Not as Described, you WILL accept the return and pay for a return shipping label. If you refuse, ebay can refund the buyer from your funds, not require that the buyer return the item, and a defect will be recorded on your account for an unresolved transaction.
