We have had over 30k in jewelry fail due to carat weights off by 0.12 carats, and platinum purity off by 1%. We have had jewelry from obscure jewelers be deemed as counterfeit.
If you call there is no recourse. 30k in lost sales... think about that. If there are 1000 more of me on ebay in the same boat... thats millions in lost fees. Shareholders should be inflamed.
