The returned item not received

The buyer, said he returned the item and has been delivered but i haven't received any item yet. I didn't receive any tracking information from the buyer.  How would i able to track? The fund has been deducted from my account but I haven't received my returned item yet.

Tell the buyer you have not yet received the return and ask for the tracking #.  He should also post it to the return details.
