I received a offer I accepted it, then I received a message giving me personal email asking me to email personally about the product. I'm not sure what to do about it

Do not email the buyer.

Respond to the message saying that he should reply back through eBay message if he has questions. You'll likely not hear from him again.

It sounds like you are dealing with a scammer who wants your personal contact information so he can send you a phony payment that looks like it's coming through PayPal.
