I bought the item "lorex security system" Order number:09-10109-54330  for the total amount of $102.41, the seller inform that he is out of stock., for that reason I make a return money request. The seller return only $76.93. He own me $25.48. I don't know why the case is closed. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you
