I ordered an item as Guest. The item arrived damaged. The return was approved. When I try to retrieve the mailing label I get the following message,
”We couldn’t process your request due to a technical issue”
I’ve been getting this message for 2 days. How do I talk to a person at eBay to resolve the issue?
