I am trying to return an item because the seller sent me the wrong size. The item's sales page says the seller offers free returns. The seller has not responded to any of the messages I have sent them. When I go through the "Return this item" process I get as far as entering the reason for the return, adding a message and uploading a couple of photos. When I then hit the submit button I just get the message saying
Something went wrong
It's not you, it's us. Please go back and try again.
Every time I have tried again over the last couple of days I get the same message. Does anyone have any ideas what may be causing this issue?
