I am a seller since 2017. 1st time I wrote about this was March of last year. I forgot about it until the same issue happened again...The questions in that post were never answered. I buy here on eBay often. I research items thoroughly before making a purchase and always check the sellers feedback and the sellers replies before placing an order. It's a good way to see if there are real issues with the seller or just nuisance buyers complaining about things the seller has no control over IE: negatives for a weather related shipping delay or something similar. I usually place orders on the desktop at the office and only use mobile to check orders, messages and send offers. I wasn't at the office and realized there was something I forgot to order, so I was checking a sellers feedback like I normally do and there were some issues I wanted to check further. I couldn't see thier replies to the negatives, so I assumed they didn't make any reply. I put off the order until I was back in the office the next day. Upon further investigation, on the desktop site, I could clearly see the replies and found the 3 bad feedback (all same buyer!) to be a shipping delay due to a blizzard and not due to the seller not shipping as the buyer claimed. I ordered afterall and the seller was as fantastic as thier other feedback implied. I had someone use the app to check my feedback and it was the same issue. You can't see a sellers replies on the mobile app. This seems to me to be, among many, issue that should be addressed and fixed. On a side note, with all the recent changes our store continues to have glitches and sales are awful. Yes, I have spoken to CS about the issues. They have opened 2 tickets with tech support. There is no easy way via seller hub to report technical issues without going through the chat bot loops of eternal nonsense. Why is there nowhere to report technical issues in seller hub? We spend alot of money with our store subscription and the multitude of fees and....promoted listing fees. Customer support for sellers is seriously lacking and it has me thinking it may be time to move to another platform where my business matters.
