Taxes....I did not receive a 1099K from ebay I guess I didn't sell enough my question is : how do I find out taxes ebay sent to IRS. Also my total sales etc...HELP. I cannot find any information anywhere. Can you talk to a live person at Ebay?

If you did not receive a 1099k, nothing was sent to the IRS.

Regardless if you received a 1099 or not, your income should be reported when you file your taxes. You can deduct expenses such as fees, refunds, shipping, packaging materials, gas, etc. on Schedule C.
