Tax Statement for 2018

Hello, I need to talk to someone at ebay and get a Tax statement to resolve my 2018 Tax return.

What exactly do you need? There isn't a document called a tax statement, so if we can figure out the name of what you need, we can either tell you how to find the data, or you will now what to ask customer service for.

Also - were you paid through paypal in 2018?  Or managed payments?
