System Technical Issue-Can’t Leave Feedback Transaction Not Found

I am unable to leave feedback for an item that sold yesterday and that I was paid for today. No matter where I try to leave feedback I get the message “We can’t find this transaction. Please check your transactions to leave feedback.”

Have you checked to make sure the sold item is in this file:  Orders — eBay Seller Hub

eBay historically updates their Servers every Thursday ... it could be as simple as their refresh page rate has not caught up ...

I just looked there and it says “Uh Oh, We Ran Into a Problem and We’re Working on it”.

Everything else everywhere looks fine with the order.

Also, I can’t get another call from customer service so perhaps they are busy with people reporting an issue.  I did report it earlier but the rep hadn’t heard of the issue yet.

Thank you for your reply.  I just spoke with some else at eBay's customer service who told me that they are having a issue and it's been reported.

@simple_treasures   And there you have it ... as suspected it is most likely from their weekly update not going through the first time ... give it some time and check back later.
