Sweet Jimminy Crickets the automated assistant won't let me through to contact an agent.

All I want to do is reply to a very valued customer and thank them by replying to feedback they left for multiple purchases.

I click reply and it clicks back to the feedback page.

I'm just fussy after battle with the automated assistant.

Try rebooting your computer.  I tested my "Reply" to feedback left for me and it's working properly, so it would appear that you aren't experiencing a systemic problem.

This is the Ask a Mentor board.  Only those members who have entered into the CM program can post replies here.  There are about 80 CM's ... I didn't count for the exact number.  Anyone can reply to their own question, of course, just as you did.

I did that first thing. 

I  did get through to customer service by writing it's something else. A lot.

It is some chrome glitch. I was able to do it by logging in using incognito window.
