What should I do when someone decides to attack me, leave false information, and use upsetting language to hurt me? I have a case for defamation of character that I could pursue.

It looks like the buyer used similar words complaining of ‘size’ that the OP had used in the neutral feedback they left the buyer (when they were the ‘seller’).

@kev182-014

Have you considered apologizing for the neutral feedback you had left the buyer when they sold you an item … which blamed them for not having their item in larger sizes?

You could end up with their being willing to revise the neg they left you … and you could leave a Follow up to the neutral you left that emphasizes the positive aspect of the transaction.

I would try to do that AFTER you contact eBay on Facebook to see if you can get the neg removed on the basis of it being ‘revenge’ for the neutral you left them.  [Point to the mention of ‘size’ in both of the comments as evidence.]

The feedback they left you in response to your neutral was reprehensible, and I’m very glad it was removed easily.  [I also thought your neutral was uncalled for (as written) for the 100% feedback seller you left it for.]

Good luck!

Okay, so since you all were great with that, how about selling tips?

Re: Suggestions

How can I make items sell faster and more efficiently? I’ve been doing this for over a year, and it’s the only challenge I’ve encountered.

Faster is a tough question, but listing more items for sale can help. The more you list the more you sell, and search likes sellers that sell. Spring is the slowest time of year for sales in most categories, so it is a good time to prep lots of items for sale.

Do your research on prices and on shipping costs. Do you know what selling price you need to cover free shipping plus cover the fees and make at least a bit of a profit on each of the items you are selling? Put your effort into the items that will give you the best return for the time you invest. That is selling efficiency to me.

Re: Suggestions

Thanks for your feedback; I appreciate it! The issue I’m facing is that I don’t always allocate enough time for the product’s time to sale. However I noticed it’s a slow time right now and I just have to be patient
