Find help filing your claim at USPS, that is not a true statement. The Post Office suggest I ask Ebay for help in finding the information at Ebay that I need to submit a claim at the post office. I cannot find all the information I need to submit a claim on one page. I think I did it right. I was looking for Paid Invoice or Paid Receipt and all I could find was payment details. The photos the buyer sent are only found in one spot and I cannot just copy and paste. For unknown reasons trying to download that was lagging and just stalled halfway through. So I used print screen, pasted into paint and pasted that into the USPS claim form. None of the buyer info would paste directly onto the USPS claim form and I have to manually enter name and address. At this point I have no idea if the claim will go through, no idea how long before USPS actually sends a check and no idea when that check will be turned into real money.
