I submitted a report to eBay about a counterfeit item (Nintendo Switch Pro Controller) I got (unfortunately it has been more than 30 days before I realized this) with damning evidence but the "automated system" reported nothing wrong and closed the case and I don't seem to have a way to get someone to LOOK at the situation.
Anyone have advice on how I can speak with, or chat with, a real person about this?
