Store technical issues

Is anyone else having problems with the way their store displays? None of the buttons work, etc.

Re: Store technical issues

eBay has recently updated store pages. Try holding down the shift key and refreshing the page to bypass the cached version and reload a clean version of the page.

Re: Store technical issues

Unfortunately eBay decided to update the appearance and functionality to a new design.
I happen to think the new design is horrible, and it makes my own store far less functional and far less firendly to my customers. But eBay always forces through whatever changes they deem "improvements" even if the are not.
As a result, my store does not function at all on the browser I have always used for it, and ion the browsers where it does work it is a terrible look in comparison to the old style.

Re: Store technical issues

Users that prefer searching stores the old way will likely soon discover they can scroll to the bottom of the new store page and use the "See All" link to bypass the new storefront layout and return to the older format.

I think that eBay is trying to make it easier for mobile phone users to have a consistent store search experience, but that consistency comes at the expense of desktop users, unfortunately.

I prefer avoiding stores entirely, and searching using the "Seller's other items" link:
