What do I do if it says package delivered but it wasn't there? I live in an apartment complex and I believe it was stolen!

If you think it was stolen after it was delivered, you file mail theft and a police report, but it won't get your item or money back.

You need to contact the USPS or whoever the carrier was to see if it's been scanned as delivered.
