I don't sell alot,but for years whenever I sell something I actually lose money...so I'm paying ebay and customers to sell my stuff. How can I get a more exact idea of shipping costs etc? They've really gone up.

How come when I go to buyers or sellers profiles I am in contact with,it's a blank avatar with no other information except for a couple of followers? It makes them look new and scammy.
