Is anyone else having issues using their spendable funds? The only way I am able to use my SF is by calling ebay for a one time over ride. Have spent numerous hours on the phone with ebay. They say there is no problem with my account, but that it was flagged for using a second IP address (went out of town). They say there is no way to fix the issue and that it will fix itself eventually but they can not give me a time frame. Yes I have two step verification on my account. No suspicious activity has been noted. Have used spendable funds for the last 6 months without any problems. Has only become an issue the last two weeks. Any help out there?
