Someone Is Using My Photos

How can I report another seller for using my photos (of me)?  Will eBay do anything?  Should I contact the seller directly?

If your photos (of you) were used in a listing on eBay, they became the property of eBay and part of its catalog. Anyone selling on eBay can use those photos. You can contact the seller and ask them to remove them.

I have to disagree.  It is MY intellectual property.  This is from eBay: 

"Reportable listings include

• Items that infringe on your intellectual property."

I need to figure out how to make a report.

What should I do if my image, video or text is being used by another seller?

When you create listings you give eBay and its customers permission, through our user agreement, to use your images, videos and product details. Your content may be added to the eBay product catalog, and may be used by other sellers in their eBay listings.

You may contact the seller and ask them to remove your image or text if it is not part of the eBay product catalog.
