Hello community. This is my first time doing this, so fingers crossed I get a response...
1. Sold something and it took longer than expected to arrive so the buyer sent me a message and said the tracking stopped on the 24th with speculation the item will arrive on the 28th. They said it is now June 30th and they will wait one more day and then take action. I refunded the $ and then the item arrived the next day. Do I have any recourse?
2. I sold something and got a message that their return was approved and the note from the buyer said that they are returning it because they found it cheaper from another seller. Is that allowed?
