Sold item returned and refunded but never received the item back

I sold an item that worked but the buyer claimed it did not. I list my items as no refunds but I decided to issue a refund and paid for the shipping to return it to me.  The case is closed but I never received my item back.

What can I do?

You are not supposed to issue the refund until AFTER you receive the returned item.

Hopefully the buyer will return the item, but they are not required to do so once they have been refunded.

You can try to contact them and remind them to return the item.

Thanks for your response. I have contacted them but so far, I have not heard anything back.
