Hi - hopefully someone has an answer for this. I've used eBay quite a bit over the years. Recently, I posted a couple of items and one sold and, apparently, payment has been made. When I try to link to the item from the "sold" email, I'm told the order cannot be found. I cannot find the other item that I listed in my "selling" items. I only have one eBay account so it's not like I'm logging into the wrong one. All the emails I've received from eBay referencing the order have failed links. I just get the following:
Order not found
