So here is the problem here. You stating it's not working, but we had it perfectly working unit and we have evidence of that. Maybe the issue is with your car. We have no way to tell. Maybe it was the shops fault, we don't know. We could've sent you a replacement but you already pulled the trigger on the negative feedback, so there is that. Think that's how you talk to a customer
