Size Variation Issue with Listing

Happy New Year.  I'm trying to list 3 different sizes of the same T-shirt.  I'm getting the following error when trying to create a "Size" variation attribute so the buyer can select which size they want to purchase: "To add this attribute, remove the value added for it in Item Specifics."   The "Size Type" and "Size" are both empty under my Item Specifics.  Any ideas what I need to do to correct this issue?  I'm on a laptop and chose "Sell One Now" from a listing in the same category that was listing multiple size T's.  TIA, scubacuba2

I figured it out by looking at what other seller's did for size variations.  They used Variation titles such as Product Size of US Size.  When I renamed it something other than just Size, it took.
