Does anyone know as to "why" I keep receiving emails stating "new sign-on in your account" ? I am logging on the same device, the information about my device and location is correct, it's me.  Thanks.

Typically that happens as a result of your browser not retaining cookies for some reason, or your network IP-address changing. eBay uses cookies to keep track of past sign-ins and recognize whether your browser has signed in using that network address before.

Using a VPN or hotspot or certain kinds of privacy software or "cleaner" programs can also interfere with this process.
