I’ve been trying to get my account back, since most of my orders and updates are on there. I’ve been really loving ebay recently until turning on “2 step verification.” I don’t understand why 2step disables the temporary password, I really don’t get that (that’s part of it). Anyways i’m really frustrated right now, since i’ve tried literally everything. Clearing cache and cookies, trying multiple browsers, deleting and reinstalling the app, checking the spam folder, and still no emails being sent after the ‘Sign in initiated’ screen appears, and thus
leaving me locked out of my own account. I’ve started a new account, to continue monitoring orders and updates, but since then I still couldn’t figure this out.
