Should I cancel the order or wait

I recently sold an item (auction) and the buyer hasn't paid. I notice his profile says he's in Russia and I don't do international shipping and the listing even states that Russia is excluded in delivery. I'm new at this and not sure what I can do. Can I go ahead and cancel or do I need to wait?

You need to wait until the 5th day with no payment and cancel as buyer did not pay.

The buyer may have a US shipping address so that is why you should wait for the payment.

The buyer can not make or expect you to ship to Russia.
