I cannot open links

On my laptop, when I search for any item and then click on the picture or the description link it will not open. This started a few weeks ago. I have not done anything unusual. I have logged off and then back in several times with no luck. I chatted with a person from eBay the other day and they sent me a link that I was supposed to put in the search bar from what I thought but it did nothing. If I try a different computer or my phone through my account I have no problem. I can click some things and they work, like the persons feedback link and some  other buttons but not everything works. Any ideas??

What browser are you using on the laptop that cannot open links?

Is there any difference if you use another browser? Preferably the latest version of a popular browser with default settings and no add-ons installed.

I run Google Chrome. I tried Firefox for eBay and it worked fine. I am shocked! I don't have any idea why but it does. I am a happy camper. Thanks!

You are very welcome -- glad to hear that worked!

Since Chrome should work with eBay, there might be something you can do to get your Chrome browser working with eBay again. I would suggest clearing your cache and possibly manually deleting your eBay cookies. If that does not help, try temporarily disabling any add-ons, and see if there are any available updates for Chrome. Sometimes a deferred update can cause problems.
