I have my account set up I only ship in U.S. We'll someone won my auction from Guan. Now the shipping is $6 more. How do I charge the additional amount?

Would you be willing to share the item number? It may help give when answering you.
If they haven't paid, you can go in and change the shipping amount and send them that invoice.
Have you set your Buyer Requirements to block bidders in locations you don't ship to?

Guam is connected to the USA somehow (playing my 🇨🇦 card) and has USPS zip codes just like the mainland.
It's not enough to have a list of where you won't ship, but, if you don't want this to happen, you must actually block bidders from that list of places you don't ship to.
but, how did they pay if shipping wasn't available to them?
