Shipping

We shipped an oil painting via the e-Bay regional shipping site for an international buyer.  We received an e-mail from the buyer that they received a food processor rather than the oil painting we shipped.  I suspect when an employee at the regional site re-labeled the box for its ultimate international destination somehow the second label was switched with a box from another buyer.  Anyone ever have this problem and how can it be resolved?  E-Bay's automated assistant has been of no help.  Is there a phone number available to talk to a real person to explain the apparent mix-up?
