I shipped out an item, the tracking number is availble, but the package has not gone through the shipping hub, and I am not sure how to find out what has happened to the package.

Does tracking show that the package was received? How did you drop off the package?

No, tracking shows package has not been received. It’s been 48 hours and no update. Dropped off pa large by hand
