I have listed & sold some patches that need to be mailed in a regular envelope with a 66 cent stamp. In my listing I have checked envelope and $1.00 flat rate shipping. However, when the item sells and I go to purchase the shipping label, it lists Ground Advantage and a shipping cost of $3.00+. I have searched and can find no where to change this to a regular envelope. I mailed the item out in a regular envelope and informed the buyer that it was shipped. My sold items still say that I need to ship the item and that it is now overdue.
My questions:
1. What do I need to do to get the shipping to show up correctly when I go to purchase the label?
2. How do I mark the items as shipped even though I did not purchase & print a label from the sold item's shipping box due to it not showing the correct shipping that I selected in the listing?
Thanks for any help you can provide. I'm going nuts about this as my items have been shipped in time and I have spent hours trying to fix this!

Ebay does not print letter rate postage, you'd have to just put a stamp on it and manual mark it shipped, but without tracking, you lose any not received dispute. You also get a ding on you shipping metrics.
You might check ebay Standard Envelope to see if your item qualifies for that, which is lost cost.

Thank you for your reply. Yes my item qualifies for eBay's standard envelope, but that option does not show up anywhere when I create the listing or after it's sold. Do you know where I would find it to select that option?

Recheck to make sure you are in the right category and all your dimensions and weight are within the limits that qualifies you to use the Standard Envelope.
