Shipping

Hi everyone. I am still having trouble with my shipping quotes. I just received an email that says I have an overpaid adjustment because weight was different from specified; then  I had another adjustment for an underpaid for package weight different from specified.  When I weight and measure to put the item for sale, sometimes when I actually pack it, the size is different because I used a different box?  How do I adjust this?

And I don't know why my weight is off.  I include all the packing material.? Help and suggestions please would be appreciated.

Re: Shipping

Always select the shipping box before you list.  Weight the item in the box you will use so your buyer is charged the correct amount.

When you are ready to ship, verify the weight and size, then print the label.  If needed you can adjust the weight and dimensions on the label purchase page.  Do not print the label until you are ready to ship.

Re: Shipping

Thank you. I wasn't sure if you could adjust the size and weight after it is listed. That helps alot.
