You cannot send a 10 lb package via First Class. The maximum weight is 15.9 ounces for labels printed online.

You'll have to use USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Select.

The buyer can only select from what you offer. You offered free first class shipping, which you can not purchase.  You should use priority mail instead - you can send by a faster service, you should not send by a slower service.

You need to make sure to enter the weight and dimensions when you list, so that you select the right service, even when you are going to offer free shipping.
