Shipping to Germany

Hi

I have eBay international shipping on all my listings. I have a potential buyer from Germany but for some reason Germany is not on the list of international countries. I have tried all I know to change this with no luck 

Any help appreciated.

Many items are ineligible to ship to Germany for various reasons.  Do you have a link to the item or the item number?  We can see if we can tell why it might be restricted.

I did figure out why it wouldn't let me. I had to revise listing and put in a new category which was where I should have put to begin with.
