Shipping to Authenticator

I sold a wallet that's supposed to be shipped to an authenticator. There are no instructions, directions or address to do so. I don't mind this process but I haven't sold on ebay in years and its NOT clear on what to do. Its maddening that you can't speak to a human being to ask questions. I sold a small Louis Vuitton wallet to someone that only has (1) feedback which was (0) feedback at the time of purchase. I think I'm being scammed and am not sending my $700 wallet anywhere until I get answers. If I'm supposed to send it to an authenticator why doesn't ebay provide the label with shipping information? Incredibly Confused.

Hi @mlantz68 

You have NO $ 700 wallet showing as Sold in this account of yours.  If this is your only selling account the Buyer is trying to scam you OR if the item was an auction and is unpaid or sold on an Offer but is unpaid you do nothing until it is paid for.  Once paid for the label flow will have the address for the Authentication center.
