Shipping problem and error message

A buyer is trying to do a Buy it Now for one of my items but gets an error message that I don't ship to California when I do and always have.

Usually when this happens it's because the Seller either didn't enter the correct weight and dimensions in the listing, or what they entered does not match the shipping service listed.

Another possibility is that the item can't be sold/shipped to California due to state laws.

What is the item number?
