I have someone who bid on an item, won but the shipping is in UK. How does the buyer have it shipped to a USA address which others have done. I stated I only ship usa address but the sale is good for the item.
thanks

Both of your most recent books sold ship to the UK under the eBay International Shipping program (EIS). Go to the listing and click on "See details" after the shipping quote to your location under the price, then click the Country/Region box down arrow to see which countries are included. You ship it to an EIS hub (most likely the one in suburban Chicago near O'Hare airport) and they ship it on to the buyer. Yes, once the buyer pays, when you print the shipping label, it will most likely ship to Glendale Heights, IL. The code for the buyer will be included as part of the SHIP TO address. Once tracking shows Delivered, your obligation is over. If the buyer has a problem, ebay will take care of it.
