I made a purchase with the seller yonimelman1234 and he sent the package to a wrong address, confirmed by USPS, the seller says he shipped it correctly and ebay closed the case, I appealed the case showing that the seller made a mistake but ebay has not responded to me..... Does anyone know how I can contact an ebay agent?

The bots see that tracking states DELIVERED so you will automatically lose an Item Not Received case.

Take the tracking down to the carrier and have them check their GPS coordinates to see exactly where the package was delivered. If not to your address, the carrier should try and retrieve the package. Then you upload a copy of that letterhead into an appeal, to get your money back.
