Shipping only to a certain state

Hi

I would like to ship items only to a certain state. This is because of state

laws regarding the item; I can only ship within a certain state.

Is it possible to do?

The only states that you can block are Alaska and Hawaii. 

What is it that makes it so it can only be shipped to one state?

You say "within" a state.  Are you talking about intrastate shipping as distinct from interstate?  If it isn't your own state or one that borders it, have you taken into account any state laws that might apply regarding the item as it transits through one or more of the forbidden states, on its way to the okay state?  What is this item?

Hi @pwrsupply   If it's something so restricted that it can only be shipped within state, it likely can't be sold on eBay at all.   See the eBay Help page linked below for items that cannot be traded on eBay.  Good luck!

It is a food item, it can only be shipped inside my state (due to cottage laws). Can I state it in the listing that I only ship inside my state. Thank you
