Shipping method

I accepted an offer from a buyer on a Buy it Now item. She paid for it and selected a different shipping option than I had on the item. She chose USPS Parcel Select. The problem the dimensions already entered are off by a few inches. When I correct the dimensions it adds another $40 or so dollars. I have no idea how she selected method of shipping. Total inches and weight do fall within parcel post. How can I change measurements?

@chrihunte-8   Buyers select from the shipping methods offered on the listing, often Seller error accounts for the situation you describe.   When you got to print the label you can change weight, dimensions and shipping method on the label flow when purchasing through eBay.  You can also pay at the counter then take the tracking number back home and manually load it.

Any mistakes in shipping unfortunately are your responsibility to cover out of pocket.

Thank you. Yes the shipping is definitely a topic I’m learning more about. I know it was my mistake that created this situation. Thank you for responding. I’m going to take it to the post office counter.
