Shipping large items. Buyer combined shipping.

I hope someone can advise me.  Buyer bought two suitcases.  The buyer combined shipping and paid for it. $30.  I need to cancel combined shipping.  Suitcases need to be shipped separately.  No box is big enough and combined will be too heavy.  For me.  How can I cancel combined shipping?

You can print multiple labels for the combined order.  After you print the first label, select purchase another label next to the order in your sold items list.  Change the weight and dimensions and buy the second label.
