Seller won’t ship

Hello I’ve recently bought from a seller and he or she won’t ship I purchased October 17th and when I bought it said to except ut around November 20th it’s now the 30th and all they’re other items say to except December 20th they have posted new items and have quite a few sells and reviews idk if it’s a scam account or what but he hasn’t answered any message even the ones I sent right after the purchase it’s weird to me cuz I bought it through a offer that they than accept pretty much immediately I really want this shirt but I don’t think I’ll be getting it anytime soon

You should file a not received claim and get a refund.

After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.

The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund.  If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
