Shipping labels - incorrect and canceled but still charged for them?

I made a few mistakes creating the labels , and canceled them , the next one was correct finally but I was charged for 4 labels when only one was used

As long as you voided them through eBay you will receive a refund.  However, the shipping carrier must see that the labels were not used which takes 14 to 21 days.  eBay will let you know when the refund has been authorized.
