When you go to pay/print your shipping label you are given a chance to EDIT the weight and measurements of the package. If you have already printed the label with the wrong information you can VOID the label.
Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the label, select to VOID the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used. You can now select to Print Another Label, and this time, change the weight and measurements as needed before printing and paying.
